The scope covers a wide range of topics, including groundwater and surface water's role in nutrient athletics, water balance issues, water resource use and conservation, flood management, erosion and desert runoff, water quality and pollution from agricultural water and agricultural waters, the effects of land use on water resources, water for recreation in rural areas, and agricultural and legal aspects of water use.
